Psychodynamic Therapy & Clinical Supervision
How I Work
I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy to adults and emerging adults navigating trauma, mood and personality concerns, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, and questions related to culture, identity, and immigration.
My work is primarily trauma-informed, relational, and psychodynamic. Rather than focusing only on reducing symptoms, we will also be curious about what lies beneath them. Together, we will explore how early experiences, important relationships, family histories, intergenerational dynamics, and cultural contexts may have shaped how you understand yourself, relate to others, and move through the world.
Over time, our work can help bring greater awareness to patterns that may once have been adaptive but now leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unable to live in ways that feel fully your own.
I strive to create a therapeutic relationship characterized by curiosity, warmth, honesty, and directness. I see therapy as a collaborative process and believe that the relationship we develop can itself become an important space for understanding how you experience yourself and others.
My goal is not simply to help you understand your patterns intellectually, but to create the conditions for deeper emotional change and a more integrated sense of self.
Adult Therapy
I offer individual psychotherapy to adults and emerging adults. Therapy may be short- or long-term depending on what brings you to treatment, your goals, and the nature of the work we are doing together.
I currently provide therapy virtually through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Sessions are typically 45 minutes and are generally held once weekly, though frequency may be adjusted based on individual clinical needs.

Supervision
I provide supervision to therapists and psychologists seeking a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space in which to deepen their clinical work, particularly with patients with complex histories and relational difficulties.
My primary conceptual framework is relational psychodynamic. My supervision is informed by extensive training in psychodynamic psychotherapy as well as experience working integratively across different levels of care.
During my time on faculty at Columbia University Medical Center, I was also a member of a certified DBT team for three years. While my primary orientation remains relational and psychodynamic, I value integrating skills-based interventions when they can help patients strengthen emotional regulation and move toward meaningful change.
Fees & Insurance
Fees are discussed during the initial consultation. I am an out-of-network provider and do not participate directly with insurance panels.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of your session fees. Coverage varies by plan. I provide a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
